Jody Hoffer Gittell serves as Chief Executive Officer for RC Analytics. She is also a Professor of Management at Brandeis University’s Heller School and Faculty Director of the Relational Coordination Collaborative (RCC). Gittell developed Relational Coordination Theory, proposing that highly interdependent work is most effectively coordinated through networks of shared goals, shared knowledge, and mutual respect, supported by frequent, timely, accurate, problem-solving communication. She has authored 7 books and dozens of scientific articles. Dr. Gittell currently serves as PhD Program Director at The Heller School, as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Greater Seacoast Community Health, and as Program Director for the Organization Development and Change Division of the Academy of Management. She received her PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Wale Olaleye serves as Director of Consulting for RC Analytics and as Senior Manager, Global Business Services, for AstraZeneca. He is a Pharmacist with an MBA in healthcare management and a PhD in Health Policy and Management from Brandeis University. He brings a wealth of industry/sector knowledge with over 10 years of internal and external healthcare consulting experience working with large health systems in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as with one of the big 4 and boutique healthcare consulting firms. He has led and supported transformation programs in hospital systems, insurance, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and within government health agencies across 3 continents. He is experienced at leading change at multiple levels from top leadership to the front lines
Heba Ali, Director of Operations and Analytics, is a physician with a PhD in Health Policy and Management and a Master of Science in International Health Policy and Management from Brandeis University. She also holds degrees in Epidemiology, Medical Statistics, and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis. With 15 years of experience in healthcare research and over eight years supporting health systems through relational coordination data analytics, Dr. Ali is a seasoned researcher and data analyst with deep expertise in Relational Coordination (RC) and Social Network Analysis (SNA). Her work explores the organizational and relational factors that shape service delivery and employee well-being, with a particular focus on vulnerable populations such as people with disabilities seeking to live in the community. She is also the co-author of Relational Analytics: Guidebook for Analysis and Action and numerous scholarly articles. In her role at Relational Coordination Analytics, she provides strategic direction for the company as well as hands-on support for clients looking to incorporate RC data and insights into their improvement projects and daily operations.
Kartik Trivedi holds a Ph.D. from Brandeis University, where his research examines team decision-making and collaborative processes in organizational contexts. His work investigates how groups navigate complex decisions, with a particular focus on human-AI collaboration in workplace settings. His dissertation analyzes how individuals accommodate autonomy and transparency while integrating algorithmic inputs into their decision processes. As a faculty member at both the University of Vermont and Brandeis, he has taught Human Resource Management and Analytics, emphasizing collaborative approaches to organizational challenges. Drawing from his background in disability policy and team dynamics, Kartik works to advance inclusive, team-centered practices in modern organizational systems.
Ann Tukari, Manager of Operations and Analytics, holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Brandeis University. She brings expertise in business analytics, marketing, and operational efficiency, with a strong background in emerging markets, data analysis, U.S. government financing programs (EXIM Bank, SBA), international trade finance, and risk analysis. Previously, Ann served as Communications and Memberships Director at the Relational Coordination Collaborative (RCC), where she managed client engagement, membership relations, and strategic communications to foster collaboration within the RC community. Ann began her career as a Senior Analyst at Interlink Capital Strategies (ICS), where she supported credit write-ups, EXIM loan eligibility assessments, risk analyses, and loan repayment forecasting to mitigate financial risks for domestic and international clients. Additionally, as part of ICS’s initiatives, she participated in the High Point Trade Market as an exhibitor showcasing Hungarian products. Ann’s enthusiasm for data analysis also led her to contribute to a research project with State Street Associates, where she analyzed macroeconomic factors affecting the stock market and applied machine learning models to forecast market behavior.
